Sudjelovanje na ‘’10th International Congress of Food Technologists, Biotechnologists and Nutritionists’’

Voditeljica projekta dr.sc. Sanja Radeka i doktorandice Ena Bestulić i Fumica Orbanić u sklopu HRZZ projekta VINUM SANUM sudjelovale su na na ‘’10th International Congress of Food Technologists, Biotechnologists and Nutritionists’’ koji se održao u Zagrebu od 30. 11. – 2. 12. 2022. u organizaciji Prehrambeno-biotehnološkog fakulteta Sveučilišta u Zagrebu.

 

Doktorandica Ena Bestulić predstavila je rezultate istraživanja, poster prezentacijom na temu ”Impact of mash maceration duration and temperature on non-flavonoid phenolics in Malvazija istarska wines”, a Fumica Orbanić na temu ”Impact of pre-fermentative mash cooling, heating, saignée technique and prolonged macerations on antioxidant capacity and total phenolic content in Teran red wine”.
