znanost:<\/p><p>\u201e<strong>Utjecaj razli\u010ditih vinifikacijskih tehnologija na kvalitativna svojstva vina od autohtonih hrvatskih sorti: uloga vina u ljudskoj prehrani \u2013 VINUM SANUM\u201c<\/strong><\/p><p>Cilj ovog projekta je utvrditi razlike izme\u0111u kvalitativnih svojstava mladih (svje\u017eih) i zrelih (odle\u017ealih) vina gospodarski najva\u017enijih hrvatskih autohtonih bijelih i crnih sorti vinove loze\u00a0 proizvedenih razli\u010ditim tehnologijama vinifikacije, te utjecaj njihove umjerene konzumacije na psiho-fizi\u010dko zdravlje skupina ispitanika uklju\u010denih u istra\u017eivanje.<\/p><p>Premda je utjecaj umjerene konzumacije vina na ljudsko zdravlje relativno dobro istra\u017een, vrlo slabo je istra\u017een utjecaj primjene pojedinih vinifikacijskih tehnologija na kvalitativna svojstva i biolo\u0161ku aktivnost proizvedenih vina, a poglavito nedostaju podaci o vinima proizvedenim od hrvatskih autohtonih sorti.<\/p><p>Glavni cilj projekta VINUM SANUM je istra\u017eiti kako razli\u010dite vinifikacijske tehnologije u proizvodnji vina autohtonih hrvatskih sorti Malvazije istarske, Terana, Po\u0161ipa i Plavca malog mogu utjecati na njihovu biolo\u0161ku aktivnost,\u00a0 odnosno istra\u017eiti utjecaj njihove umjerene konzumacije na\u00a0 psiho \u2013 fizi\u010dko zdravlje Sanja Radeka odr\u017eala je radionicu na temu &#8221;Odgovorne konzumacije vina i rizika povezanih sa \u0161tetnom konzumacijom alkohola&#8221;. Naglasak je bio na umjerenoj konzumaciji vina \u0161to je prezentirano kroz rezultate HRZZ projekta &#8221;VINUM SANUM&#8221;. Tako\u0111er, uz prezentaciju odr\u017eana je i vo\u0111ena degustacija vina koja su bila dio
